HEAT RACE WINNERS - Terry Gunn, Ronnie Ricketts, Mike Frazier, Terry Pierson

A pair of features for the Speedrome's popular Hornet series saw Tim Harding capture the first 20-Lapper over series championship challenger Rob Hurt and newcomer Steve Capps. In the second feature it was Bryan Placek scoring his career first win over Danny Carson and Darrell Absher. Points leader Michael George was not in attendance. Heat wins went to Terry Gunn, Ronnie Ricketts, Terry Pierson and Mike Frazier.

HEAT RACE WINNERS - Barry Coy, Nick Moore, Ricky Martin

Scott Tabor has set his sights on the final Sunshine Cafe Roadrunner championship of the 2003 regular season and turned in a championship caliber performance Thursday night. Tabor came from the rear of the 20-Lap main to take the win over Nick Moore and early leader Diane Bohnenkamp. Barry Coy and Larry Thomas rounded out the top five while points leader Todd Amos was absent and lost his top spot. Heat wins went to Moore, Coy and Ricky Martin.
